Yuck

This is the single worst movie I have ever seen I can only thank godthat I didn't waste my own money watching this crap. Omit about 35seconds of funny moments and you have the most inane, assine, boring,stupid movie ever. This movie makes not another teen movie look Oscarworthy it was that bad. I don't know what else to say but this is crap. If you wanna know moreabout the plot etc. read other posts because I'm not going to waste mytime covering it. If you actually enjoyed this movie I implore you tostand up and justify yourself. And people giving this a 10 come on. I'mshocked its not on the hundred worst of all time list yet. 1 out 10 Ifyou must watch this I suggest you borrow from some poor sucker whoactually paid to rent or even worse bought it because I wouldn't wastemy money on it.

Slow at the beginning, but kicked off hard after.

*******SPOILERS********* *********SPOILERS*********The Copeland brothers, FBI Agents, botch a undercover drug bust ontheir own and are ushered into a protection duty over two spoilt richsisters who maybe targets for kidnapping. On the way to the hotel,their vehicle has an accident, the sisters are slightly cut and thebrothers are in possible trouble. Also the sisters refuse to attend abash they are expected to be at as a result, so the brothers call in afavour and are made up as the sisters so that no one will miss them andall can continue, in order to flush out the bad guys involved.There may not be spoilers but it's there as a warning in case I do. Thefilm started slow at the start but the humour just kicked off from themoment the Copeland Agents were turned into the sisters, when theyentered the hotel right to the end. I was busting a gut, and that'srare for me when it comes to the current line of cinematic comedies oftoday. There are some myths and black jokes and they're funnilydelivered. The funniest part was when a mugger takes a bag from one of thebrothers, who is disguised at the time, and runs. People are seeing ablonde young female who wouldn't so much as lift a pencil, chasing amugger with relentless pursuit, rolling over vehicles, leaping andfinally tackling the mugger with a rugby tackle. The mugger asks if thechase was necessary just for a bag, and the brother/Wilson girl says"No, not just a bag....it's Prada." Also, when the brothers/Wilson girls are in a vehicle with three othergirls and the rap music is played, and the word 'N*****' is said.That's all I'm saying on that one.8 and a half out of 10 (were it not for the slow start, would have been9.)

Dreadful...just plain awful

Just watched this on DVD and while I wasn't expecting much, I washolding out hope that there would be some belly laughs. Not even...This movie is beyond stupid. It totally insults the intelligence of itsaudience. And I mean all of it. Even the audience that goes to moviesjust to talk to the screen or on their cell phones while the movie isplaying. Of course we have to let go of reality to accept that the friends ofthe girls, oh hell...anyone, for that matter, can't see that these"chicks" aren't real. But what I found more insulting is that we'reexpected to buy that these guys work for the FBI. The Wayans brothersmay be sort of funny and some may think they are handsome. But theyain't bright. Certainly not bright enough to pull off playing FBIagents. Why not make them cops instead? But I'm giving this too muchthought.When your friends look at you and ask when the movie is going to getfunny, it's time to turn it off. Thank Cheeseass I didn't pay real money to see this. It's obvious whothe intended audience is, and me and my friends just can't get that lowbrow.

I think people are exaggerating a bit

This film is hilarious and i don't laugh at much but i thought thisfilm was excellent at the start a thought maybe it would of been a bitcrap but it just kept getting better it was amazingly funny an theWaynas bros in it were great, its a film u need to go to with a biggroup of mates cause its one of these things u need to share an its notat all racist god people get a grip. I would totally recommend it toanyone as its just a great laugh the actors were all up to standard andit was just one of these films where u know that the one liners couldwork it real life!! I actually now love the waynas brothers they areclass God go see it!!

Very Funny Movie, Recommended for everyone!

I have seen this movie, and I haven't laughed this hard in a long time!It was a great movie if you want to laugh. If you're looking for a deepstory line or a plot that will take a long time to decipher, this isn'tthe movie for you. Also, this is a movie for all ethnic backgrounds.When I went to see it at the Lakewood Mall, I'd say about 1/3 waswhite, 1/3 black, and the rest were Filipinos, Mexicans, and others.And there wasn't one person who walked out who still wasn't laughing.The Wayans Brothers really outdid themselves in this movie. Thecostumes may not look so real, but that's the funny part about it. Inthe movie, no one even knows they are really just black guys. And thatreally trips them up at some points in the movie. For instance, whenthey turn the radio station, and a rap song comes on, they startsinging it. Then, when they say the N-word, the girls turn off theradio and are like "You said the N-word!!!" but then, they think for asecond, and say "But nobody's around!!!" And then they start singingthe song, saying the N-word along with it. But in the end, this movieisn't a direct hit on white girls, but both black and white people. So,this movie's for just about everyone, and everyone who gets the chanceshould see it.

After an unsuccessful mission, FBI agents Kevin Copeland and MarcusCopeland fall in disgrace in the agency. They decide to swap their badposition with his superior Section Chief Elliott Gordon workingundercover in an abduction case, disguised in the two spoiled whitedaughters of a tycoon, Brittany and Tiffany Wilson, getting inhilarious situations.Do you remember the Oscars in 2005 (or 2004; I forgot)? A person wasasking people on the streets what their best movie of 2004 was and youknow, for comedic effect, most of them chose "White Chicks". Well, howcould I blame them. I love the movie as much as they did. Well, do youthink critics will like this movie? No. They poke fun calling itludicrous or things along the same lines of that.Average movie goers will most likely like this film (well, some willhate them too). From a person who loves slapstick comedy and toilethumor, I laughed a lot in this movie and I had a great time. Of coursethe plot is ludicrous. Of course people don't act this dumb in reallife but it's a movie to play comedic scenes throughout.The acting by both Shawn Wayans and Marlon Wayans are really good withtheir comedic performances. I would love to give props to them becausethey would act like white women and I find that hard to do. I alsoliked the acting by Terry Crews, Brittany Daniel, and JenniferCarpenter.This movie is hilarious with the comedic situations the two maincharacters get into. I also like it that it gets serious when it needsto be.If you are a person who doesn't give a crap about the ludicrous plot,you'll like it. I find it stupid people hate this movie for that reasonsince it's meant for big laughs. It's a really entertaining comedy andis a great collection to the Wayan's Brothers collection.

This is a watered-down, PG-13 picture that desperately needs to have the outrageous, anything-for-a-laugh quality of the R-rated Scary Movie.

FUNNY

Is this the best movie of all time? No...is this worth of any awards? No, but if you're just in the mood for a good time, then White Chicks is for you. It is a funny movie. The previews make it look pretty stupid, but the movie is actually funnier that what you would expect. I did laugh through most of the movie!

Avoid Like The Plague

I don't really have much to say given the summary above, except thatthis is quite possibly the worst film I have ever seen in the cinema(and also likely the worst I have watched). I have never once felt likestepping out of a film showing, but I can no longer make that claim.This is an absolutely dreadful film and left me wondering how itmanaged to get funding or even much of an audience (myself, I wascaught unawares given the lack of advertising and word of mouth).However, I wished someone had warned me beforehand, because the timespent in the cinema watching this (and time spent deciding whether togo see it) is a complete waste. God! This is an example of film-makingat its worst. I have nothing to point out because it is all bad. Thereare no redeeming factors whatsoever. Please, heed these words. You'llthank me one day.

Hilarious...and not racist!

From my opinion, this is a great movie. It is funny as hell! I amKorean, and I saw it it with my 3 caucasian friends, and we all thoughtit was hilarious. I could understand how some people may interpret thismovie as being racist, but if you don't focus on something as negativeas that, and just sit back and watch the movie, you will realize thatit is very funny. The situations that they get themselves into are sofunny, and it is just hilarious to see 2 black men portray 2 whitechicks. I suggest this movie to anyone with a decent sense of humor. Ilove the wayans bros. Scary movie and Scary movie 2 were great, and Iloved their TV show. That is one talented family!

Interesting that this movie is sparking such a debate about race relations,but, uh, there are more important things to debate thesedays.It's hard to believe that this movie made almost as much money asF9/11.Go See Fahrenheit 9/11, it's the most important movie of theyear.If you like to debate issues, see F 9/11 and make up your ownmind.If you've poisoned your mind with useless brain swill like this... cleanseyourself with something meaningful.
