Sure, ok, instead of crapping, pissing, spewing and spitting into a bucket for a week and then consuming its contents let's watch this movie.Actually, no. Let's not.

Extremely......not good

Appears to be a sort of television show with commercials, but not really. It's sketch comedy, with the emphasis on sketch. Nothing wrong with crude movies, those can be really funny. This one just seems to be crude for no apparent reason. The early montage of let's go to the next level, starts out as the girl is a virgin. And it goes from there, passing through sheep, and small people. The joke was vaguely funny after the third thing, it then got old after number 20. It was even older when repeated, let's go to the next level, later in the film and a sheep appears (oh that got a giggle, ok). There's some horrible sex education class, that just becomes painful. It's a parody on high school. Nerds. Popular kids. And bad film. The film is an hour and 10 minutes long, thankfully it didn't last longer. There's bad acting, bad filming, bad sound, bad humor. Michael Cera shows up for a short time at the end of the film. The bonus feature includes a director commentary. This reviewer listened to bits and pieces and found it extremely annoying. Mostly talked about how to avoid getting a certain rating. How they auditioned many females for certain roles (topless scenes). It just didn't go anywhere, and covered up the dialog of the film.This is R rated - not unrated at all. That is a rotten marketing trick on the outside of this dvd. There is so little nudity in here, it happens near the end. The scene at school with the marital aids was a bit over the top, long; the vinyl female lower body went a lot long and was very graphic; and the MPAA might not have liked either too much - but there was no nudity in either scene. Language wasn't noticeable. And there was no violence - actually no bullying at all (there's a positive). This got two stars only because there were a few chuckles. It's not really that funny.

One of the better "Movie" films - if that sounds like faint praise, it's because it is!

There seems to be a general rule of thumb now that a "Movie" franchisefilm is only really half-decent if Aaron Seltzer & Jason Friedbergaren't involved with the production. The good news then, is that inthis case, they weren't. The people behind "Extreme Movie" are the samepeople who brought you "Not Another Teen Movie" which is one of thebetter spoof movies of recent years.This is not the kind of movie you'd let grandma watch. It's not reallythe kind of movie you'd want your parents to catch you watching either,but it is perhaps the sort of thing teenagers would watch as a 'DateMovie'. It's juvenile and full of sex and fart jokes, not to mention afair bit of nudity, so its not really for the easily offended. A filmabout teenagers and sex is by its very definition going to be a bitraunchy. At the grand old age of 35, maybe I'm getting a bit long inthe tooth for these kind of teen 'High School' movies, but I do likecomedy and spoof films so am always prepared to give stuff like this achance, and I did find a couple of parts of this film quite funny and Idid laugh. Also for once, I was disappointed that the film came to anend after just over seventy minutes - unlike with the 'Epic' and'Disaster' movies, my brain cells weren't starting to fry and I couldeasily have sat through more of the same.This is not a movie in the normal sense of the word but a series ofskits with the common theme of teenage sex. Personally, I liked the guywho went to the wrong apartment by mistake dressed in a mask to act outa kidnap fantasy with a girl he met online - "Did anyone order a rape?"- it just cracked me up for some reason - not sophisticated by anymeans, but funny. This is definitely a film for the Lads rather thanthe ladies though.

Sex'R'Us

Picking up the movie by chance the title made me think this would be aspoof movie in the veins of "Date Movie" or "Scary Movie". However itquickly turned out that this was actually a collage of sketches centredaround teenage sexual experiences with ideas ranging from farting toaccidentally getting cast in a porno flick. The cast itself is the whois who of on-screen geeks: Michael Cera, Ben Feldman, Matthew Lillard,Frankie Muniz, Steven Christopher Parker, Roy Pinkston.An average, but admittedly occasionally, entertaining affair, whichnaturally lacks real focus given it has no real plot, apart from thefact it builds around one high-school and one basic concept. Much likea pretty poor Saturday Night Live episode it does have its moments, butsome of the jokes are literal stinkers.

Save yourself

I've read IMDb reviews for years, either to research a movie before Isee it, or check out whether others agree with my thoughts after thefact. I hope I've caught you as someone who hasn't yet seen this,because I registered with the site for the sole purpose of warning you.This "movie" is really just a series of moving pictures from thebacklot of a fourth-tier porn studio that decided to have its actorsget together between takes and try to put something "funny" together.To discount it as offensive and gross would be unfair to offensive andgross movies; it's just...pointless. No acting, no plot, no specialeffects, no jokes, just the constant repetition of naughty words andbreast shots. Though I put this movie on in the background while I wascleaning the house (yes, I am intentionally including that disclaimerto distance myself as much as possible), I still feel that an hour ofmy life is forever tainted. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

What was I thinking...?

this movie is one of the worst movies ever made. I love American Pie. I like Brüno. But I hate this film. Tries to be raunchy, and ended up being vulgar to the extreme. Bad acting, bad story, is really a piece of wasting crap. 0/10

Have time to waste?

In one word the movie is PATHETIC!!!. It seems director had some wildweird kiddish imagination which he portrayed in this awful film. Thescript is very weak and the sense of humor was very cheap and bad . Themovie was suppose to be in the same genre as that of euro trip orAmerican pie but alas! it lacks the slightest of the humor when itcomes to comparison with them!. Extreme movie is extreme waste of time.By the time movie ends you will realize you hardly laughed anywhere.The acting was o.k. Ryan Pinkston did fine but then movie is too bad tobe covered up by the acting only. It has one use for sure .if you havean enemy gift him the DVD of this movie and you wont regret it!

Worth a look!

This review is from: Extreme Movie (DVD) I first watched this movie on our movie channels. I recorded it for my boyfriend because it had a hilarious fart part in it. Some parts in the movie are funny, while others leave you going, o.k.?! It's comprised of mostly teens, and centers around a sex-ed class they are taking. Alot of adult themes shown and discussed. My boyfriend and I laughed so hard in the fart part that I purchased the movie, cheaper than we found it in our local mall.

Watchable? Perhaps for teens.

First of, the movie is meant for teenagers (or people who feel likeone). It is also true that it isn't a proper movie, but more like acollage of different sketches - that tend to be quite ridiculous -loosely connected with a teenage love story. Some sketches don't evenfit in the main story, which is also by itself very loose.But, the movie isn't meant to be serious and the viewer should keepthat in mind, because only that way one can enjoy the movie.So it wouldn't make much sense talking about the acting and the sceneryand all that - it's there and it's OK. Not that I'd know much, but I'veenjoyed.Not much artistic value, but could serve a lot of fun.

Better than most of the "New Age Random Comedys"

When I first saw the cover of this movie I thought "-oh my god here isanother Random comedy movie" Yes this one was one of those movies thatcut away from the story lines, but this was different in this it was alot of funny jokes and surprising jokes. But mostly I would recommendthis movie for the teens out there looking for a good movie to sit inyour couch with your friends and laugh your asses of to sex jokes,nasty sex jokes, disgusting sex jokes and of course fart jokes. Butthis is just another random comedy movie but its better than most ofthe ones i Im going to tell you about now. By "New Age Random Comedys"movies i mean these last movies like "Disaster Movie", "SuperheroMovie" and "Meet the Spartans". All of these movies are new and verybad comedies, these movies seem to create a new era of comedy movies.All these movies have a few things common, they have the worst storylines, all those cheesy jokes, all those jokes that are supposed to befunny but there not because the joke is sooo badly done. Sorry formaybe not telling so much about the movie just wanted to compare thesemovies to explain what I meant. Keep it Real!

Average, Some Scenes Are Genuinely Funny and Some Genuinely Ain't...

When I watched this movie I didn't really expect much from it to behonest, so I wasn't shocked that it was just an average American teencomedy with plenty of dirty humor. There were some laugh out loudmoments (such as the next level scenes, the Michael Cera rape scene,the portable vagina scene and most of the scenes with Ryan Pinkston in,mainly because he really plays the average teenager trying to get withthe hot girl really well) and unfortunately there were some really notso funny scenes (mainly the Matthew Lillard scenes).Anyways to sum this film up, it's a middle of the road comedy with afew good laughs so if you're expecting to see a great comedy film withfunny moments throughout I strongly advise you go and watch TheHangover films or The Inbetweeners movie instead.5/10

Horrible. There's no other word.

I caught this film on T.V. tonight and decided to give it a try. Ishouldn't. This is one of those films that wants desperately to befunny but ends up being pathetic, boring and in many cases, disgusting.At some points the sketches have potential, but they all end up beingsilly and with poor taste, some others are formulaic and lack of anyfun. It seems to me they tried unsuccessfully to make a spoof or anupdate teen version of the 1987 satire "Amazon Women on the Moon". Theresult is a lose and poorly written series of shorts about silly anduninteresting characters, some of them connected through one story(just like the fore-mentioned film), but that is not enough to keep theaudience's attention through its painful 86 minutes run.Absolutely not recommended.

I actually Enjoyed This

Maybe it helped that I had been drinking when I watched this, but it had some funny bits.I liked the sketch about 'taking sex to the next level'. Thought the idea of the sex toy being jealous of the new girlfriend was funny. Ok, not all the sketches were hilarious, but they were for the most part entertaining. I've seen worse comedies.Les.

It has the the Dimension Extreme cover art - and 2. it appears to be blanketed under the last 15 parody films that sucked.Regarding 1: Not sure how this crossed paths with the other 29 films released under the DE tag since 2006 - but this one gets the sole cover of being the only non-horror piece. And 2: this crew made Not Another Teen Movie, which actually had some funny parts. The film premise is a mix of "ads" and skit like bits covering the exploration of high school teens seeking sex.Warning: Adult spoilers ahead: Let us be clear - this film is disgusting (and sometimes funny) in so many ways, but then again so is the teen sexual awareness experiences it tries to represent. You will see a mix of skits including Abe Lincoln having anal sex, a Blue Balls Puppet helping a teen boy get off, some gross fart humor, bondage scenes with little people, sheep and leather, porn filming mixed with teen musicals, a sex ed class teacher that hands out 30 sex toys and partners up kids to explore sex with each other, and - well - you might get the point.Recognizable faces came (no pun meant) on to add their own personal fun to the mix but do not expect Muniz or any other other casts to bare it all for their art; The only nudity comes from several actresses having a good time on screen and with each other. The highlight has to be Matt Lillard's mockumentary style excerpts helping young men to have sex with girls. Good luck...

An actual positive comment about this movie

My suggestion to anyone who is going to see this movie: Expect it toSUCK! The movie will in fact turn out a lot better if you keep thatthought in mind. I actually to some extent enjoyed this movie, it was aperfect way to waste some unneeded time. And it most certainly was MUCHBETTER than Meet the Spartans and Disaster Movie, and I thought it wasgoing to be worse since it was a Direct-to-DVD. It had its moments,some funny bits, many Stupid scenes, and it kind of gave me a KentuckyFried Movie or Robot Chicken feel, but definitely not as good aseither.Remember to think negatively and the movie isn't as bad as you think.
