What a lousy movie

I was able to guess the ending within the first half hour. This wasjust a very bad movie . The jokes were lame, the characters were notlikable at all. The only welcome character in the movie was VincentPastore aka Big Pussy from Sopranos. Even the couple of scenes he wasin could not save this movie. It was one of those movies whereeverything goes wrong. Like this has not been done to death . Veryjuvenile and watchable in the sense that you can not believe how bad amovie you are watching. Just when you think the movie can not get anyworse it surprises and it does. In my opinion the best part of moviebesides Mr. Pastores scenes were the clips that showed the Vegas stripor downtown Vegas.I did not expect much and thats exactly what I got.Kal Penn already has a slew of these movies with those White Castleflicks. I wonder if this guy has any acting range at all. Than againwhite castle burgers are small and evidently so is Kal Penns actingrange. If you must watch this please watch it on cable already paid.

OVERALL AN OKAY MOVIE, NOT TO GET EXCITED ABOUT

This movie was okay with some humor. Some of the other parts were stupid and did not belong in this movie. Vegas rules!

The Movie isn't funny, but the story is surprisingly excellent

I would've figured this to be just another lame joked Bachelor Partymovie. Well it was pretty lame when it tried to be funny, but itactually had an excellent story if you can believe it. I wouldn'ttechnically call this a comedy movie, because it didn't make me laughat all. But this is a pretty decent adventure movie with a fantasticstory to it. You may feel let down because the movie did prettyhorrible, but if you watch the entire movie and follow the story youwill find it to be a little better than the story of comedies that havemade it big at the box office. I thought the movie was a littleoverboard with trying to be funny and all, but once again the story andplot is the only thing that can save it.4/10

I love movies like this, but this one was HORRIBLE!

Please understand that I spend almost every night watching someridiculous comedy or other movie out there. I love all of the AmericanPie Movies, as well as many other types of Direct-to-DVD movies. I livefor that type of funny movie.Bachelor Party Vegas, however, is absolute garbage. I did not laugh atall except during one scene. The boobs are nice, but that was the onlyredeeming quality. There is however, more homosexual content than nakedchicks. It's outright offensive. I felt completely sick to my stomachthe entire time that I was watching these fat homos rubbing on the maincharacters. Also, the ending is completely unbelievable and ridiculous. So, If you like nasty old ladies who act like strippers, fat gay guyswho rub on the main characters for over 5 minutes straight, a set ofevents that has nothing positive in it, and very few tits, please be myguest and get this movie.For everyone else, Please DO NOT WATCH THIS MOVIE! My stomach is stillin knots...

Great movie, unfairly maligned

I'm not kidding. This was a really funny, surprisinglythought-provoking movie. I had to watch it for work (yeah, really), andI thought it was well-shot, well-written, well-acted, and hilarious.The only thing I didn't like was the title. It didn't convey thesingularity of the film as being a completely unexpected take on therite of the bachelor party. I guess people who hated it missed themessage -- yes, message. And the fat jokes and elderly jokes et ceterawere tongue-in-cheek. Superficial characteristics are easy targets, andthat is exactly the point of this movie. I'm wondering if some of thesereviewers stopped watching before the end. Somehow, I kept watchingbecause I had a sense that wherever this movie was going, it was notgoing in your average mindless direction. And it was a fun ride. I'mgoing to watch Eric Bernt more closely now.

Cute Movie...

I was pleasantly surprised at this movie. I'm a huge fan of Donald Faison (Turk from Scrubs) and he came through on this movie.

May not even be able to please its target audience!!!!

Rated R for strong sexual content and humor including dialogue, nudity,language and some drug use.While this rating and the DVD cover of this movie may make the socalled lovers of cinema , wriggle their noses, ITS EXACTLY THE KIND OFRATING I LIKE MY MOVIES TO HAVE.So trust me when I say, I AM THE TARGET AUDIENCE FOR SUCH FILMS.That being said I'm not a big fan of direct to DVD movies, if the movieisn't good enough to see in the theaters there's no reason it should begood enough to see on the TV.But still THIS MOVIE HAD ALL THE CHARACTERISTICS I LIKE IN A COMEDYMOVIE AND KAL PENN. So I rented this movie but automatically lowered myexpectations.The movie started with promise with a hilarious joke on the racistnature of airport security, immediately the Multi-cultural nature ofthe cast struck me A black, A nerd, A fat guy , A Normal White Guy inLove, an Indian.......... no rational mind can accept this scenario andits been clearly done to increase the range of the audience as much aspossible.The movie had crude jokes, nudity, hot chicks, ugly chicks , fatchicks, Gay jokes but somehow I was hardly laughing, I even remembermost of the jokes but I seem to recall laughing only for a couple ofthem namely the Airport Security one, the Porn Set, the hotel entryetc.THIS IS A PERFECT CASE OF GREAT JOKES GONE WRONG. We all know a jokesis not all about its content but on its execution and this movie hasclearly gone wrong there.The background score was in fact quite good WHEN IT WAS USED, thismovie completely forgot that sound effects can be used in films.Theopening sequence was a great example of this.The acting was in fact very good, the characters may have beenstereotypical but the actors displayed their acting talents in thelimited premise that was given to them. For me the winner was the nerdyguy who would do the most nerdiest things possible in all situations.Script writing and direction are never fortes of such films and werenot worth mentioning here either.Towards the end the movie tried to be something its not, IN THE MOSTPREDICTABLE MANNER POSSIBLE and it was the looser for it. For a momentthis movie felt like a Chick Flick.The only thing nagging me was that I saw the movie with the wrongcompany, and MAYBE ON A BETTER DAY THIS MOVIE COULD HAVE MADE ME LAUGH,given the potential of the jokes. But even then being a lover of suchfilms this should have been a mere triviality.All in all a ordinary film which wasted its potential and failed inexecution. THERE IS A CHANCE THAT THIS MOVIE MAY MAKE YOU LAUGH (morethan a a couple of times) BUT THE CHANCES ARE LOW.Worth a miss.!!! +s great jokes, good acting, a few well executed scenes +/-s may be able to make you laugh if you like such movies (a gamble)-s bad execution, tries to be what is not (unsuccessfully andpredictably), no sound effects.total 4.5/10 (factoring in Made for DVD and bad company)

Funnier than i have expected...

This movie totally rocks.Very different from the other teen movies, it's very very funny n full of naughty twists.Everything goes wrong n then turns out to be more rocking...Kal Penn n Jonathan was very good looking n it was a comedy thriller all the way...Worth it defintely...

Most of the main characters in this are unknowns. The "stars" that are 2 of the main characters are Kal Penn and Donald Faison. The rest of the stars in this are more like cameo appearances mainly because this is one of those mass havok, the characters are always running from one extreme situation to another that are so far fetched that it takes the fun out of the movie. If the movie had more direction and wasn't so random, it would have been much better.There are some good actors in this but it's like they had no desire to be there.Chuck Liddell should not be acting. It is very clear in this. Stick to fighting.It has a few funny moments but not many. The out-takes are funnier than most of the movie. It is free to view on Crackle right now so I say preview it there and if you like it, buy it. It is a must have for a very select crowd.I love good, funny movies but this one really missed the mark.

The movie should have stayed in Vegas!

Oh, be honest. What do you expect when you watch a movie with a namelike this. Well, that is what you get.Sure there are lots of perfect and large boobs, some of the best I haveever seen, but that cannot keep you interest lone.Kai Penn tried to make this funny. he was really worth watching, butthere just weren't enough jokes to sustain it and what they did havewas tired and a rehash of other movies.I could not believe the bad luck they were having trying to get thisparty going, and I guessed the gag long before it was revealed. I couldhave done without the speech.

Definitely a shocker

Five friends go to Vegas expecting the most wild, amazing bachelor party, and even hired a bachelor party planner. Pretty much, everything wasn't quite what they expect. Watch the movie, don't let the title throw you off, T&A is in this movie, but it's not the whole movie. I think you'll be shocked, but there is a lesson to be had here, if you watch all the way through.

This movie is horrible and should never have been released.

I just finished watching this movie with my friends, and I am actuallyangry right now. I want to punch myself in the face because this moviewas so incredibly horrible. I want my hour and a half back. Please,never see this movie. I do not understand how the actors of this moviecould allow this to be released. They are successful actors, but thismovie makes them all look money hungry and that they do not care aboutstealing time and money from the viewer. I hope I have saved someonethe time. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE! The plot is horrible, the acting ischeesy, and the jokes are not even original. You sit there in a stuporwaiting for it to get entertaining, but it never does. I am ashamed ofthe actors/comedians for making this. The only real joke is the onethat the producers/writers/actors played on the unsuspecting viewer!

Its a Bachelor Party

I watched this film with no expectations!!. That's the key to enjoyingmovie's like these. Really enjoyed it and so did my friends. It's aBachelor Party Movie (no donkey snorting coke this time). So you wouldthink it's in the same spirit as a National Lampoon Movie. If you wantto watch a film where you don't have to think, just RELAX and Laughthis is the film for you!. Seem's to me a lot of people being hard onit, or did they expect it to be a documentary of Bachelor Parties?. Toomuch Reality Show's on already In my opinion. I would watch again andwill purchase. I liked seeing some familiar face's and some new face'sthat did a good job.

Worth watching,but not a great film

The only reason I enjoyed "Bachelor Party Vegas" is because I've been to Las Vegas so many times,and enjoyed the location of the film.There's alot of stupid scenes,but the movie does take you through an adventure these guys have,and Kathy Griffin is great as an Elvis thief.If you happen to come across this film on a boring night,check it out.

Worst movie every made? It's close.

How does movies like this get made? I can understand the writer notbeing able to see the material for what it is, but how does ANYONE readthis script and think it will make a good movie. It was about as farfrom funny as an alleged comedy can get. This sad attempt is arehashing off all the old, older and oldest gags and bringing nothingnew to the table.I was going to go on, but I can't waste any more time with this. Myrequest to the producers, director and writer - "You don't have a clueabout film-making. Please seek alternate work rather than continue todisappoint those investing their time seeking entertainment!"

Not what I expected

Wow what a flick....really turned the tables at the end...had a message on friendship along with hot females and funny antics....a really good flick while smoking a bong or enjoying a 40!!!

Not so Bad

The start of this movie makes it look like yet another attempt at ateen comedy. Hot chicks get naked, punk kids go bananas about them, andwe all have some laughs. This one is slightly different, though. Itstarts off kind of like that but then develops into a story aboutfriendship. In fact, it pulls it off so well, you actually forget thatZ-Bob (Kal Penn), is actually Indian and does not quite fit in thegroup (at least not for another generation or so). Sure there's thetoken black guy and the token fat guy but they manage to carry theirweight somehow. The bachelor himself, unfortunately, is a kind of aforgettable character. Even their geek buddy manages to outshine him.It's worth watching if you can't find anything better to do.
