"Camp Rock," centers on a teen girl who desperately wants to spend her summer at a prestigious rock camp, but can only attend if she works in the kitchen as one of the cooks. When she's overheard singing - but not seen -- by a teen pop star at the camp, he is completely taken and sets out to find the girl behind the beautiful voice. But first she must confront her fears, step out of the kitchen and into the spotlight.

Here, Demi Lovato returns as Mitchie Toress for another summer with Camp Rock with her friends. When on her way to Camp Rock, she found that there's Camp Star or another camp across the lake owned by Axel Turner or Brown's friend, owner of Camp Rock's rival now. Invited by Camp Star for a bonfire, Camp Star's main spotlight, Luke Williams gave a performance and soon, Camp Rock was in danger of being closed down. At stake, Mitchie challenges them to an ultimate showdown deciding who should continue, Camp Rock or Camp Star.

Tracey Berkowitz, 15, a self-described normal girl, loses her 9-year old brother, Sonny. In flashbacks and fragments, we meet her overbearing parents and the sweet, clueless Sonny. We watch Tracey navigate high school, friendless, picked on and teased. She develops a thing for Billy Zero, a new student, imagining he's her boyfriend. We see the day she loses Sonny and we watch her try to find him. In bits and pieces, we see what leads up to her riding in the back of a city bus wrapped in a shower curtain. Coming of age, or just surviving?
